Sea Kayak Tours - Coastal Newfoundland

Newfoundland's Southwest Coast is one of the most rugged in the province. Also called the Forgotten Coast, the area offers numerous glacier carved fjords that lead to some of the most famous salmon rivers in the world.

Protected from the ocean swell, these bays and rivers offer spectacular views and unique wildlife sightings. Bald eagles, cariboo and moose strut around the high summits, while seals and loons wander between fresh and salt water environments.

Cape La Hune

Discover Cape La Hune
Cape La Hune was once an outport community where people lived off the sea. In the 1950s, the town was shut down and people moved away to surrounding communities such as Ramea (some houses were actually floated there, including one of ours!). Discover the rolling hills and numerous waterfalls that make Cape La Hune a unique destination. The rugged coastline and the rock formations are worth the trip!
