Located on Newfoundland's Southwest Coast, the Ramea Islands archipelago offers world class paddling for all levels of kayaking enthusiasts. Its numerous islands offer protected paddling grounds while exposed sides of the islands challenge even the most experienced paddlers. Other features such as the only accessible puffin colony on the South coast and the island's highest summit are to be explored!

Ramea Islands
3-hour Ramea Islands Tour
Learn about Ramea's rich culture and history while accessing some of the area's prettiest spots! Learn about the sunken ships and the glory days of this once thriving fishing community. Explore the coves and beaches, observe the numerous sea birds and relax to the soothing sounds of the sea!		 $45
 

Full-day Ramea Islands Tour
Spend a full day paddling the islands! Spend the morning paddling around the inner islands and go around Ramea or Big Island in the afternoon, weather permitting. This deal includes lunch at our licensed restaurant, including Darlene's "Ramea Famous" beef and vegetable soup!

Big Island
Full-day Big Island Tour
After a short paddle around the islands, head to Big Island (as its name suggests, the biggest island of the archipelago) and find the path to the top of High Gull Hill. The coastal and island views from the summit are definitely worth the hike! Lunch included. 		$89
 

Overnight Big Island Tour
Departing at 1:00pm, this tour will take you around Ramea Islands and then to Big Island. Hike to the camp site and set up camp, while your guide cooks your meal! Enjoy a night by the bonfire and the next day, hike to the top of High Gull Hill. Paddle back to Ramea in time for lunch and the ferryride back the next day. A great, simple and accessible getaway!
